Wow! We've made it 65 days with only a few bumps in the 365 journey of taking a Photo-a-Day! I'm LOVING doing this! It gets me using my camera and practicing different types of photography (though, I admit, my photos are mostly toddler-centered). I also love experimenting with different settings as I edit my photos in Lightroom 5.0! 

Here, Samuel is pretending to be a dog ("arf arf arf") and Benjamin is walking him with the measuring tape as the leash. I love pretend play. I love being a stay-at-home mom. I love these boys.

365:62 - Santa Barbara

Last night, Joshua and I were able to sneak out while a couple girls from the college came and watched our boys! We headed to Santa Barbara to see some old friends from Louisville! And although I didn't get any pictures on my camera of our friends (there are a couple on my cell-phone that I may upload later), we did get these beautiful photos of the sunset on our way to dinner!

Gardening

Aunt Jen sent Samuel some gardening tools for his birthday, but since the weather has been very wet and nasty, we haven't been outside much. However, today, it finally cleared up and we went out to use his new tools! They loved getting wet and muddy! Samuel was most fond of the spray bottle and spraying everything in sight including himself and Benjamin :) Benjamin clung to mama a lot to keep from the sprays!
