Disney Day 2015

We went to Disney Land! The boys had a blast, we had minimal meltdowns, and enjoyed the whole day with one another! Enjoy some of the photos from our day :)

How do I even begin to write a post about our handsome, sweet, emotional, stubborn, compassionate, Mickey-loving, sensitive, brother-loving, abba-loving, mama-loving character that is Benjamin?! Two years ago, we were IMMENSELY blessed when God brought Benjamin into our lives. He, along with his brothers, have been used to bring us closer to God and make us more like Him! This fun-loving kid brings us so much joy with his exaggerated facial expressions and tender-hearted hugs. Our lives would not be the same without our precious boy. So thankful for him and how he's teaching us so many things as his parents! Love him.

For his birthday, I made Mickey Mouse pancakes from scratch, we went to church, and then we had lunch with Amber and Jake just before getting an AMAZING dessert spread at TGIFriday! He was sung to and got to blow out a candle! I'm sure he felt very special and it was so fun to see him enjoy his goodies!!

Benjamin is 18 months old!

Benjamin turned 18 months old yesterday! He's growing to be such a handsome little man and we are so blessed by his sweet character and feisty spunk! Can't imagine life without this little kid!

We wanted to do something fun for the weekend of Samuel's birthday, so we took him to see the Blue Angels at the Los Angeles Air Show! It was terribly hot, but I think the boys had a good time :)

The boys and I went to the beach yesterday! It was Benjamin's first time at the beach! They loved it!!! Unfortunately, I was an empty-headed mama and forgot my SD in my laptop at home so the only pictures I got were on my iPhone :(

Almost every day, the boys and I call my parents on FaceTime for them to chat for a few minutes. Today was no exception! :)

I call Benjamin my "baby roomba" because all I have to do is give him a vacuum and he's sure to (try to) get every inch of our house swept!

So our first day of Daylight Savings Time was well spent! We definitely took advantage of the beautiful, California weather and long-lit evenings to play with our favorite Miss Lauren! We also spent a lot of time playing in the dirt and helping Joshua build a garden for strawberries! What a fun way to spend the afternoon/evening!
